At Sloan Hollace Hill Country Interiors, our partnership is built on a unique balance that’s hard to put into words. Victoria’s organizational prowess and Allann’s creative flow make us the perfect team. We’ve found our perfect match in each other, seamlessly reading each other’s minds and finishing each other’s sentences. This synergy allows us to collaborate effortlessly, ensuring every project is both enjoyable and successful.

Our story began in 2020 with a name that holds special meaning. “Sloan” has always been Victoria’s cherished name for a daughter, and while she is a proud boy mom, the name lives on here. “Hollace” honors Allann’s beloved grandfather, a pivotal figure in her life, and is also represented in her son’s middle name, Hollis. Together, our names reflect the heart and soul of our firm.
“Hill Country Interiors” pays homage to the beautiful West Austin area, often called “the window to the Hill Country.” We are inspired by the rolling hills, lakeshore views, and the unique charm of this special place. Our designs strive to bring the outdoors in, creating homes that capture the essence of the Hill Country and the natural beauty that surrounds us. Sloan Hollace Hill Country Interiors is dedicated to crafting spaces that reflect the spirit of our community and the personal stories of our clients.
Founder | Director of Operations & Procurement
Victoria oversees operations, procurement, vendor and contractor coordination, and financial strategy at Sloan Hollace Hill Country Interiors. She manages budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and purchasing logistics, ensuring every project progresses with clarity, precision, and disciplined execution.
Her path to design began long before Sloan Hollace. After studying art and business, Victoria spent a decade in finance and eight years in the mortgage industry, building a strong foundation in financial strategy, organization, and project management. Throughout those years, she and her family were constantly remodeling their own homes, which ultimately revealed where her true passion lived — at the intersection of design, construction, and thoughtful planning.
That realization led to the creation of Sloan Hollace Hill Country Interiors alongside co-founder and lead designer Allann Arnold. Together they balance creative vision with operational leadership, guiding projects from concept through completion with both beauty and structure in mind.
Victoria believes a home should be both inspiring and supportive of everyday life. She finds joy in helping create spaces that feel beautiful, organized, and calming — places that lighten the load of daily living.
Outside of work, you can usually find her enjoying a margarita while her husband cooks, spending time with her kids by the pool, exploring the Hill Country, getting in a workout, or listening to Taylor Swift.

Allann directs the design vision that defines every Sloan Hollace project. She leads the internal design team on spatial planning, interior architecture decisions, finish and material selections, and the layered aesthetic direction of each home. From initial concept through final styling, she protects the integrity of the design and ensures every detail aligns with the overall vision.
Her creative journey began in the fashion world, earning a degree in Fashion Design from The Art Institute of California in San Francisco. For nearly a decade she styled musicians, actors, and private clients, developing a trained eye for proportion, texture, and composition that naturally translated into interior design.
After starting a family and spending several years at home with her son, Allann found herself drawn back into design through her husband’s home remodeling company, where she began advising on interiors and finishes. That experience ultimately led her back into design full time and, soon after, to founding Sloan Hollace alongside Victoria Payne.
Living with her family in Wimberley, Allann is continually inspired by the Hill Country landscape. Natural materials, organic textures, and layered neutrals often influence her designs, creating spaces that feel both grounded and elevated.
Outside of work, you’ll find her managing a coffee addiction, squeezing in a Pilates session, hosting friends and family in the backyard, or listening to music from the family’s ever-growing record collection while her son Waylon plays the piano.
